DALLAS, Texas, — Each month, Rocky and Arlene Tovey support people in need.

            They sponsor children in Africa and volunteer at soup kitchens. When winter arrives, they work endlessly to keep people nourished and warn by hosting food and coat drives.

            I watched my grandpa give the jacket off his back for a cold homeless man in downtown Chicago one night while on vacation. They do anything they can to help others without asking for anything in return.
